Then, after receiving the goods, how to install and debug the CNC carpenter engraving machine?
1. After the carpenter arrives, unpack the machine and remove the machine from the bottom. Place the machine in a horizontal position. During the placement process, do not touch the machine.
2. After the carpenter engraving machine is placed, open the random toolbox, take out the wires and connect to the power supply, and connect the air plug according to the line number to check whether the circuit operation is normal.
3. Connect the computer with the control and the carpenter engraving machine, and open the corresponding driver and application software of the computer device. (For details, please refer to the user manual of the engraving machine or the CD-ROM)
4. After the drive is finished, set the internal parameters, turn the carpenter engraving machine to check whether the machine is running in the correct direction, and whether the stroke is accurate.
Also pay attention to the environment of the carpenter engraving machine operation, especially the humidity and temperature in the workshop; when the temperature is below zero, the liquid in the water-cooled spindle motor should be released; when the engraving machine is operated, the humidity should be controlled within 75%. Good, if the situation is special, it will not exceed 95% in a month.
